On the first weekend of May, Heidi and I
drove down to Michelle and Drew's for a visit.
(You know who we really went to see.)

Yes, Isabelle is becoming quite a sophisticated
little girl... and knows what she wants
and how to get it.

Izzy's favorite TV-watching chair.
She is in to Disney's 'Under the Sea'
"Ariel"
and '101 Dalmatians'
"Dogs"

Grandma gave Isabelle her first haircut.
Izzy sat very still and read her Elmo book.

All done. Very curly hair.

We had a very busy schedule during the weekend.
Isabelle was up for it, but for Heidi and I,
it was hard to keep up.
Here she is with Grandma, racing to the park.

Gotta check out the swings for a bit.

Now she has to show us that she can
swing from the bar at the top of the slide.

Playing in the flower petals.
She would say 'yuck' when they were
on her clothes.

... and run over to the pool to see if it
is ready yet. C'mon, open, Open, OPEN!

This is cool... Grandpa taught Izzy how to
fill up the storm drain with sticks!

Oh, yeah. Gotta save time to ride her trike.

Let's try this slide.

Whoa! Grandpa, you are supposed
to catch me... not just take pictures
as I go flying by!

Time for re-fueling. Candy!

We went to feed the ducks,
but Isabelle was more interested in
feeding herself.
(Yeah, I know they are geese,
but Izzy can say 'duck'.)

Yum! Nothing better than dandelions
and stale bread. The heals are the best!

After those busy days, it's time for a bath.

Isabelle has a new 'big girl' bed.
How do you break-in a new bed?
You jump on it, of course!

Ah, the Bling Queen has to check out
her wardrobe and accessories
in the new mirror Grandma
and Grandpa brought.
